Fitness that comes to you. We bring the class to you in the comfort of a familiar environment. Bring your friends and make new ones too. Increase strength, balance and flexibility all while having fun in a small group setting. The class will include low impact aerobics and strength work with bands, balls and light weights. All exercises are performed while standing or seated, no floor work.
Staying fit at any age is a must for an active and healthy lifestyle. Fitness should not be a chore or a bore. We make exercise something that you will look forward to and enjoy!
Our classes are led by Rachelle Coats, an experienced group exercise professional.
